Special June 5th PTA Meeting

PTA members:

I am calling a meeting on June 5th for 2 reasons.
  • The first is we need to officially vote in Meera Natarajan as the new PTA Vice President. This email will serve as the 30 days notice of her nomination, so a vote can take place on June 5th at 7PM.
  • The second is our PTA Bylaws are up for renewal and they have to be voted on by the membership with 30 days notice and chance to look them over.
We need at least 15 people to attend the June 5th meeting in order to have a valid vote. I do hope you can attend. It will be a very short meeting from 7-7:30 at the latest.

I will be voted in as the new PTA President at the May 8th meeting at 7PM. I do hope you will be able to attend so I may get a chance to meet you and to make sure we have a quorum to hold the vote.

I am attaching the draft of the updated ByLaws that will be voted on June 5th as well as the current bylaws.

If you have any comments, questions or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
